rural america. for a long time, veterans in oral america have been underserved when it comes to employment. we realized this last year, and we launched a pilot program in washington state, a very innovative partnership, working with veterans service organizations, state government teams, and the corporation for national community service, where for the first time we get boots on the ground in rural america. we're in contact with veterans in rural america. when they say yes, we are right there knocking on their door, giving them one on one coaching and services. never been done before. let me tell you something. we were hoping to have a 10% participation rate. our participation rate is in excess of 90%.
